If you've ever thought, "I can't keep going like this," it may be a sign that you're ready for meaningful change.
I see mental health as a journey of transformation—a process where we examine where you are, envision where you want to be, and let go of what no longer supports your well-being.
Helping you rediscover and reconnect with yourself is at the heart of my work.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Pacific Lutheran University. My background in the Emergency Department has provided me with a wealth of experience that I bring to my current practice.
My doctoral research has been centered on exploring the potential of ketamine and psychedelics as emerging treatment options in the mental health field. While I certainly recognize the value of medications in supporting mental well-being, I am equally mindful of their limitations.
I am committed to exploring the root causes of mental health issues while remaining open to various treatment approaches, prioritizing psychotherapy and resorting to medication only when absolutely essential.
